If you love nature, history and culture of our land, if you want to dedicate an unforgettable and unique day to you, reliving ancient times, come with Gentilis Florentiae in an antique atmosphere, when hawk hunting livened up Mugello hills. Even Lorenzo the Magnificent preferred this valley the most for one of his big passions: hunting partridges with sparrowhawks.You'll be accompanied by our expert falconeer ,and you will partecipate actively in the hunt and hold the birds until the moment comes to launch the bird and watch and admire as it aims for its prey.
Gentilis Florentiae gives you a great opportunities....to attend a bird prey exhibition with flight demonstration , ten different birds of prey perform a Flying show ( including falcons , hawk, eagles and owls) , day or night and out or an enclosed area , if requested.
It's possible to have a permanent exhibition of 8-10 birds of prey placed on special stands and other rest on our falconer's hands during events , meals and buffet. They are perfectly trained and are remarkable element to add to a special event .
Other success story is the passion of the owner for horses and carriages more than a passion it is a way of life ....
We offer a unique experience with horses of our stables and carriages , guests can take advantage of our coaches choosing between a various model from 2 to 14 people for spend a day in a pic-nic, carriage tour , romantic tour , driving school or horse riding.
