Profile

Villa Petriolo is a country hotel in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence and Pisa, just a few kilometres from Vinci and Cerreto Guidi. A place where hospitality, nature, gastronomy and the local area come together in a unique experience.

The estate offers 42 luxury accommodations and 2 apartments, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and the Tuscan countryside. Farming is an integral part of the project: Villa Petriolo produces wine, extra virgin olive oil and honey, and raises animals with respect for the land and its traditions.

The gastronomic offering includes Osteria di Golpaja, with a cuisine deeply connected to the land, community and local ingredients, and PS Ristorante, led by Chef Stefano Pinciaroli. Bottega Botanic Bar completes the offering, providing a welcoming setting for aperitifs and moments of relaxation.

Wellness takes centre stage at MATER Holistic Wellness Retreat, with experiences dedicated to relaxation and regeneration. Guests can also discover the local area through a range of activities, including tastings, cooking classes, e-bike tours, farm experiences and truffle hunting.

Villa Petriolo also offers spaces for meetings and events, set in a private location surrounded by nature. A hospitality project that celebrates Tuscany through its connection with the land, agricultural production, cuisine and a strong commitment to sustainability.

This flexible and customizable space can be arranged in different layouts and styles to suit the specific needs of each event. The Meeting Room, designed for more private gatherings and executive board meetings, can accommodate up to 10 participants and is equipped with a screen and webcam for video conferencing. Both indoor meeting spaces feature air conditioning and heating, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year. Completing our offering is the Serra – Wine Cellar Pavilion, a covered yet open-sided outdoor space immersed in nature, perfect for coffee breaks, networking sessions, and group activities in the open air. Every event can be tailored with customized catering services, food and wine experiences, and dedicated team-building activities, creating a unique and memorable experience.
