OttoQuattro Eventi is an agency specialized in the creation, planning, and full management of events, with a bespoke approach and a strong creative vision.

In the field of meetings and congresses, thanks to a solid network of partners across Italy and Switzerland, we manage every stage of the process: from content development to on-site coordination, including hostess and steward services, audio-video production, live streaming, and international videoconferencing. We also handle participant logistics, including transfers and accommodation, offering both full-service and tailored solutions in collaboration with leading travel partners.

For trade shows and product launches, Michele Squeri’s background in theatrical scenography allows us to design high-impact setups that enhance brands and products through immersive environments, both indoor and outdoor.
