Since 1998, effe erre congressi has been supporting universities, research centers, institutions, scientific associations and companies in the organization of international scientific congresses, corporate events, institutional meetings and hybrid conferences across Italy.

As a Professional Congress Organizer (PCO), we provide comprehensive services including organizational and administrative secretariat, participant management, sponsorship coordination, hospitality, accommodation, transfers, audiovisual production, streaming and onsite logistics.

We collaborate with a qualified network of venues, hotels and specialized suppliers to deliver events with high organizational, relational and reputational value, with a strong focus on participant experience, sustainability and operational reliability.

Over the years, we have managed congresses and events for universities, public institutions, research centers, national and international scientific organizations and companies through a consultancy-driven and detail-oriented approach.
