IL RISTORANTE ENOTECA LA TORRE – OUR BACKGROUND
Ours is a story of passion and family. Our project first began in the historic center of Viterbo with the opening of Ristorante Enoteca La Torre, where we received our first Michelin star. In 2005 Catering Enoteca La Torre was born of the same vision, the “little brother” of the restaurant, designed to meet the needs of those searching for a different type of food service. Today Ristorante Enoteca la Torre has come to life in Rome at the extraordinary Villa Laetitia, a historic home owned by the Fendi family.

Tradition and creativity, an appreciation for only the best ingredients, attention to detail, passion for innovation, the pursuit of beauty. These are the values that we believe in, the identity of Catering Enoteca la Torre.
Our ambition is to bring out the best in the ingredients we choose, to please both the palate and the eyes.
Beautiful layouts, color palettes and evocative pairings in our food design – sculptures to be enjoyed in one bite – all feature into our menus and our set ups. Over the years, our approach has earned us numerous awards: the international King Of Catering award in the categories King Of Glamour, King of Style, King of Mise en Place and the most prestigious category of all, King of Catering Bronze.

OUR PROJECT – LA MACCHIA
Love for the sea, a continuous search for beauty, and attention to each and every detail are what have guided the restoration of an antique farmhouse dating back to 1600 in Capalbio, one of the most pristine and exclusive spots in Maremma. This is the location of country club La Macchia, an ideal spot for an aperitif by the sea, outdoor dinners, and nighttime parties. Its food, beverage and mixology services are entrusted to Gruppo La Torre. This is undoubtedly one of our most prestigious projects.

MIXOLOGY – EVERY DAY WE CREATE SOMETHING NEW
Passion, flavor, love. These elements, translated into ingredients and technique, distinguish our team of Mixology professionals. Every day we strive to create something new, drawing inspiration from the taste and preferences of our clients. From the signature cocktail to the decoration and personalization of the counter set-up, to the atmosphere… it’s all about your vision.
