Forte Trionfale is located in the Trionfale area and is one of 15 forts in Rome. The military complex was built between 1882 and 1886 to defend Via Trionfale and the Valle dell'Inferno. The area covers 21 hectares between Via Trionfale and Via dell'Acqua Traversa. The area, which has been neglected for several years, has been assigned to Urban Value for a temporary redevelopment project while awaiting final allocation. The goal is to transform disused spaces into purposeful areas that can host events, site-specific exhibitions and film sets, thus refocusing attention on a high potential space that can benefit the community. The area consists in several buildings. The main pavillon consists in a unique space of 900 square meters for corporate events, gala dinners, product presentations, fashion shows. Furthermore, the considerable outdoor area (about 3,000 square meters) could host summer festivals, film arenas and a huge parking for the guests.
