Villa Abbondanzi Resort is a 4*S hotel located in Faenza, surrounded by the lush Romagna hills and just a few minutes from the city center. It offers 21 rooms divided between the Relais area and the neoclassical Villa, ensuring a refined and comfortable stay.
The main building features 16 rooms of various types: Standard Deluxe, Junior Suite, Executive Suite, and Deluxe Suite, designed for a perfect balance of elegance and relaxation. The neoclassical Villa, on the other hand, houses 5 Superior Suites, three of which are adorned with frescoes, offering an exclusive stay in a historic setting.
The Resort includes the Cinque Cucchiai and Il Fenicottero Rosa Gourmet restaurants, the Wellness & Spa center, three meeting rooms, and a Catering & Banqueting service.
Cinque Cucchiai offers high-quality cuisine in a Provençal-style setting, suitable for both business lunches and romantic dinners. The menu focuses on fresh Adriatic seafood, along with meat and vegetarian options.
Il Fenicottero Rosa Gourmet, located within the Villa and nestled in the centuries-old park, provides a refined gastronomic experience. Chef Alessandro Giraldi creates seasonal dishes using fresh, zero-kilometer ingredients sourced from the Resort’s Orto Giardino.
The Wellness & Spa features treatment cabins, a gym equipped with Technogym machines, a sensory pool, and three Private SPAs, each inspired by the Middle East, Polynesia, and the Far East.
For corporate events and special occasions, the Resort offers three meeting rooms:
Sala Tempietto, for exclusive gatherings.
Sala Magnolia, ideal for conferences, training courses, and team-building activities.
Sala Garden Pavillon, perfect for corporate events, parties, and weddings.

The Magnolia Room features large sliding glass doors overlooking the park, warm parquet flooring, and exposed wooden beams, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere all year round. The Tempietto Room, with a single oval table, is our exclusive and private meeting room within the neoclassical Villa Abbondanzi. Accommodating up to 12 people, it offers a stunning view of our park, providing an elegant and reserved setting for business meetings.
