Ethics, Professionalism and Simplicity

The halls of Rome Meeting Center are located within an old monastery town, not far from the city center. They have a maximum capacity of 300 people and are fully equipped with cutting-edge audio and video system (video / teleconferencing, control room, closed circuit TV, sound system and audio / video recording, simultaneous translation, live streaming, etc.) necessary to host any kind of meeting:, conferences, concerts, focus groups, workshops, courses, dinners and events of all kinds.

For any type of event the Rome Meeting Center provides trained and qualified personnel, able to organize and manage with cordiality the reception of guests and ensure the success of the event.
Our staff with experience and creativity is able to offer customized welcome: welcome coffee, coffee breaks, cocktails, lunches, dinners and quick lunches are just some examples of execution.

There are 5 types of rooms from 20 to 300 people. The wi-fi is free.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

La Cambusa is the restaurant that allows you to prepare excellent dining for our guests.
We have a private parking for 20 cars. We are near the metro stop Bologna and Tiburtina Station.

What differentiates us from other convention centers? A philosophy of ethics that is the basis of the production decision. In the philosophy of respect for the environment we were made important choices of sustainable economy as the application of photovoltaics, solar thermal, a condensing boiler of the latest generation. The structure has no architectural barriers and inside, the furnishings of the meeting rooms and the rooms, where you can sleep, are all in natural wood.

Even the philosophy applied to the world of work is linked to the values of Scouting that promote an organization capable of reconciling life times and work times, harmonizing routine work with personal needs of employees and customers.
