The Villa: Elegant historic residence near the Tiburtino technological hub.
The location, elegant and refined, is an estate surrounded by greenery which is located a few minutes from Via Tiburtina and just twenty minutes from the center of Rome.
The estate was born from the foundations of a domus cultae, that is a vast agricultural company dating back to the Middle Ages owned by the clergy. The location stands on a hill, and consists of the farmhouse, the suggestive medieval tower, the swimming pool and a private chapel in the park, whose surface area is approximately 3 hectares. The internal spaces consist of 4 rooms furnished in a classic and refined style.
Casale Pratolungo is an original and out of the ordinary location: thanks to its private position, the park surrounded by greenery where the medieval tower stands out, and the classic and elegant furnishings of the internal spaces, it allows the holding of meetings, , lunches and events in a relaxed atmosphere and in total privacy.
The internal spaces consist of a reception area of approximately 400 sqm divided into four rooms connected to each other. One of the rooms, the Galleria, is set up for meetings and hosts up to 70 people; equipped with every comfort and technology, and with external access to the Tower kiosk, it is an evocative and original place where meetings, gatherings, lunches and gatherings can be held in a private, silent environment surrounded by nature.
The Tower kiosk is perhaps the most evocative corner of the house, a part of the garden with centuries-old, tall trees, located in the highest part of the property and close to the medieval tower, from which it is possible to admire the entire park. The Tower, preserved in its original state, gives this corner, as well as the entire location, a unique charm and allows guests to immerse themselves in an extremely original and welcoming reality. The tower kiosk is ideal for holding coffee breaks, lunches during a meeting or simply itself for holding an event.
The park, of approximately 3 hectares, extends from the lowest part of the hill to the Casale and Tower area, located in the highest part of the house. Inside there is a swimming pool, recently renovated according to modern criteria, and located close to a rock where a banana grove stands.
The private chapel, also recently renovated, is located in the park.
The location is located just 2 minutes away from the Torre di Pratolungo hotel, a business hotel also located in a residential area and away from urban traffic.
Casale Pratolungo has parking for around 200 cars and large service spaces.
