Notes
The main hall, "Le Capriate" (featuring wooden trusses and an insulated roof), is a 280 sqm space with an average height of 4.80 m. It is heated and cooled by a heat pump and has a capacity of approximately 200 people.
The second hall, called "L'Opificio", has an area of 180 sqm with an average height of 4.5 m and features underfloor heating, as well as a dedicated cloakroom area.
A third hall, "La Serra", is annexed to Le Capriate. This 40 sqm space is bright and richly decorated.
Both main halls are connected to a kitchen area and service courtyards. They also have large doors, allowing direct access for vans for loading and unloading goods or for hosting automotive presentation events.
