Villa Wollemborg at Loreggia, in the Paduan countryside, is a magnificent Fifteenth Century manor, nowadays mostly in a Nineteenth Century style, built along the ancient Via Aurelia, which was once used for transporting wares from the hills and highlands between the Brenta and Piave rivers to Padua or to the coast.

Villa Wollemborg, once a salon of artists and intellectuals, is to this day the perfect place to meet and discuss. As its very nature directs this location toward welcoming and hospitality, private receptions and business meetings alike can be held here with distinguished elegance: by matching a classical taste with modern requirements, Villa Wollemborg is a guarantee of prestige and discretion. The Villa hosts events throughout the whole year, its team supporting their planning during all steps: from choosing the setting to technical service and customised menus. Villa Wollemberg offers three separate areas for organising events and meetings: the interior area, the exterior area, and the green area. According to the type of event, the number of participants, the season and the theme, the most fitting setup can be predisposed, so as to build the necessary intimacy for meetings with a few dozens of attendees, or versatility when organising events with numerous participation. The interior area, totalling 450 m², is composed of the ground floor and the piano nobile, where the ballroom is located. The ground floor is composed of seven diverse rooms, all in 19th Century style. Each room allows for different setups, so as to best suit different types of events. The interiors’ peculiar light, made starker by the main hall’s more austere frescos, or sweetened by the elegant, Empire-style side rooms, lends itself to extraordinarily evocative scenic design. Outdoor there are three intimate and evocative spaces for events and meetings: the Veranda, the Barchessa (Colonnade) and the Lemon Orchard. Originally meant for the Villa’s agricultural needs, they now lend their sure charm to customised setups: their beauty can suggest simple yet extraordinary solutions for settings and stagings of surprising effect.The areas of the park destined to events and meetings are the Garden and the Meadow. The Meadow is Villa Wollemborg’s most imposing space, in terms of width: an area of 12,000 m², elliptical in shape, attached the Villa yet to be discovered only after a brief walk in the Romantic garden, excellent for sizeable events. The park, more than six hectares altogether, was planned in the early Nineteenth Century by celebrated architect and landscaper Jappelli, who followed contemporary Romantic precepts. The Garden and the Park are not only interesting options for organising events, but are also ideal places for a walk after lunch or dinner, or simply for a relaxing chance to lose oneself in the surrounding nature.
