Team Building Verona is an agency specialized in offering customized solutions in the organization of corporate events associated with motivational activities, team building, incentive day and experiential training workshop throughout italy. The qualified consultancy derives from 15 years of experience of the owner Claudia Coppola, project manager and trainer.
Among our team building formats we boast a wide range of outdoor, indoor, sport, creative, musical activities, highly customizable and which can be realized in any location chosen by the client. We are able to manage an event at 360 °, coordinating not only the team building activities, but providing our client company with both the location and all those services related to the event itself: ground services, catering, etc.
A further specialization: we offer experiential training workshops based on blended training techniques (classroom, outdoor, coaching) that are a valid tool for the development of soft skills within working groups (eg leadership, collaboration, trust , time management, resource management, etc.). The aim is to help companies in a continuous process of growth and redefinition through the improvement of the inter-company aggregative processes.
