The Conference Centre offers 1,200 sqm of event space, including two foyers, a plenary room and five additional meeting rooms, all equipped with Crestron technology and suitable for meetings, presentations and corporate events.

The Colombara Room (273 sqm) can be divided into the Novello Room (166 sqm) and Riviera Room (107 sqm). The distinctive barrel-shaped Bardo Room (111 sqm) is also suitable for exhibitions and car or motorcycle presentations. The Zerbetto Room (54 sqm) is ideal for executive board meetings, while the Gramole Room (49.5 sqm) accommodates small and medium-sized meetings. Evo completes the offer: a flexible space for up to 40 guests, suitable for meetings, standing aperitifs, private dinners and informal gatherings.

Wellbeing is at the heart of Aqualux and brings added value to the business experience. The 1,000 sqm AquaSPA & Wellness and the extensive indoor and outdoor pool area allow guests to combine work with moments of relaxation and connection, turning a corporate stay into an experience that goes beyond a traditional meeting.The experience is completed by 125 renovated rooms and a fully renewed culinary concept for 2026, focused on local flavours, quality and lightness. Riflessi Bardolino – Ristorante provides the setting for dinners and culinary experiences, while The Garden – Lounge Bar & Bistrò, surrounded by greenery, offers a more informal setting for aperitifs and networking.Meeting facilities, accommodation, food and wellness come together under one roof, making it possible to create tailor-made corporate events, from day meetings to residential events.
