Profile

ProEventi was founded in 1993 and it is a leader company in the MICE world in Italy.
The 30 years of activity have allowed us to acquire a huge experience, especially in the medical conferences world.
The offices are situated in Bologna and in San Severo (FG - Apulia), reaching a wide range of action throughout the national territory.

The staff is composed of an integrated and multitasking team, coming from the business travel world, accounting, and sales, entirely CME certified (professional certification of Certified Meeting Executive).

Our activity as PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) and CME provider n.2773 allows us to satisfy the needs of Scientific Secretariats in the medical-health field.
ProEventi also offers the possibility of creating remote formative events and virtual events, a solution with a high visual impact that allows the participant to have a sensorial experience and reach all areas of the conference.

From 2023 all our events have become paper-less with a dedicated app, encouraging interactivity and a more sustainable approach!

The quality of our activities has been certified ISO 9001:2015 since 2019.
