Tecnoconference is the beating heart of TC Group, a leader in event technology with offices in Florence, Milan and Rome. Founded in 1983 as an audiovisual production company, it has at its side Meetbit, an in-house software house that has been developing IT solutions applied to association events since 2000.

We offer specialized consulting and AUDIO-VIDEO-LUCI-SOFTWARE services for the target markets: ASSOCIATIONS-INSTITUTIONAL-CORPORATE with a solid experience in managing RESIDENTIAL, HYBRID and VIRTUAL events. We have in-house Units specialized by expertise (planning, innovation, creativity) to accompany the evolution of projects BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the EVENT.

We guarantee bilingual staff specialized by type of event and certifications of quality, safety and environmental sensitivity. Our widespread presence in the national and international territory-with affiliation to the Congress Rental Network-allows us to identify solutions with high technological content and quality standards of excellence.

Tecnoconference has established itself since 2020 as a Hybrid & Virtual Specialist thanks to its solid background of IT skills and has won 4 Federcongressi&eventi AWARDS in the "Innovation, Sustainability and Creativity" category. We collaborate with the largest convention centers, major event organizers, prestigious domestic and foreign companies and associations. Technology partner of the Italian Presidency of the G7 in 2017 and the G20 ministerial meetings in 2021. Since 2023 we have been the official supplier of Eur SPA at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Rome and the Rome Convention Center "la Nuvola".
