Since 1985 TARGET MOTIVATION has been operating as leading Destination Management Company and Professional Congress Organiser with offices in Venice, Milan and Rome.
Target Motivation counts a staff of 25 people that, day by day, are able to transform ideas into tailor–made projects and clients’ objectives into realities to be lived.
The company is specialized in organizing corporate events, incentives, business meetings, team buildings, roadshows, fashion shows, sales network meetings, conventions, congresses, product launches, special tours, cultural visits… rich programmes in which you combine leisure, art and fun.
Target Motivation is a one stop shop events agency supporting clients from conception to completion and offering a cost effective one solution supplier wherever in Italy.
We believe in creativity, innovation and customized solutions. Our financial reliability, the cash flow, our certifications, bank rating and clients’ references allow us to cooperate with some of the most important companies.
Most of all we believe that the key to our success is the personal relationships that we develop with our clients. Target Motivation is present in every countries with more than 21 affiliate partner all over the world.
