Profile

The first Digital Detox experience for companies in Europe!

The innovative experience to unplug, strengthen the bonds between members
team and improve their lives through new digital habits.

Active in Sardinia, Veneto, Lombardy, and Tuscany.

We offer the chance to completely disconnect from both the Internet and hectic life, to slow down and reconnect with nature, themselves and team members. The opportunity, guided by a digital wellness coach, to understand how to use digital devices in a conscious and balanced way. Factors now critical to the well-being and productivity of professionals and their loved ones.

First rule: zero technology! Upon arrival, participants place their smartphones in a safety box and take them back only at the end of the experience.

We practice various activities related to the concept of digital wellness, useful for challenging the team and getting to know each other better. Immersed in nature and completely disconnected so that we can fully experience the emotions. Definitely a great opportunity also to do internal training and to strengthen the bonds between team members. Without the presence of the ultimate disturbing element, a magical atmosphere is created.

The group is run by the digital wellness coach who, through his seminars, guides participants to understand what impact devices and social have on their lives and work and how to use them in a conscious and targeted way gaining: time, wellness and productivitỳ. The goal is to produce benefits in the daily lives of participants and the company.

The proposals vary, according to the type of team building/incentive Digital Detox the company/agency prefers: sporty, adventure, luxury, relaxing.
