BSA – Benito Setti Audiovisivi is an audio, video and lighting service company with over 55 years of experience in the integrated technical management of congresses and corporate events. A long history built on a simple principle: being the technical partner that event organisers can rely on, from the first planning meeting through to dismantling.
For a PCO, this means having a single point of contact who understands the demands of a multi-day congress: managing the plenary hall and parallel sessions, video direction, professional audio, simultaneous interpretation systems, audio/video recording and live streaming. But it also means something less visible and equally critical: knowing that the setup will be ready on schedule, that technical rehearsals will be handled methodically, and that any unexpected issues will be resolved without the organiser having to intervene.
BSA owns its equipment — projectors, screens, monitors, LED walls, professional audio systems, stage lighting — and operates with a fully in-house technical team. No last-minute subcontracting: the same people who plan the event are the ones working on site.
Direct knowledge of the main congress venues across northern and north-central Italy — conference halls, congress centres, hotels and institutional spaces in Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino-Alto Adige, Lombardia, Piemonte and Emilia Romagna — allows BSA to anticipate the technical constraints of each location and propose solutions that have already been tested, reducing operational risk for the organiser.
BSA also invests continuously in proprietary software tools for congress management. Currently these include an attendance tracking system and a platform for collecting and remotely uploading speakers' contributions, streamlining preparation and ensuring smooth session flow on the day. Tools that evolve over time, because organisers' needs change and BSA chooses to keep pace with its own resources.
