Led by Chef Alain Ducasse alongside Executive Chef Alessandro Lucassino, the kitchen highlights local ingredients such as Paestum artichokes, chinotto, Sorrento lemons, and fresh catch from the Tyrrhenian Sea. Short cooking times preserve the intensity of flavours, while French techniques harmonise with Campanian tradition. The experience is immersive: infused broths, freshly carved meats and fish, and desserts prepared in the dining room. The combination of cuisine, décor, and service delivers an unforgettable experience.
