Cascina Faletta is located in the first hills of Monferrato Casalese, in a dominant position, a few kilometers from Casale Sud on the Highway A26. The origin dates back to 1881, the date on the original ceramic plate of the entrance.

The renovation has preserved and improved the original structure thanks to the recovery of the original materials such as tuff, red brick, tile floors, wooden beams and to the use of new materials with green building criteria such as calcium silicate. Integrated photovoltaic panels have been inserted on the south west side of the roof to producing electricity.Heat pumps with geothermal probes which allow to heat and cool throughout the property. The careful recovery work combined with innovative technological equipment makes the Cascina Faletta a structure without CO2 emissions and an example of eco-sustainability and home automation.

In respect of raw materials and traditional cooking, Cascina Faletta chose to develop its own culinary philosophy to offer to the guests something emotional. Under the supervision of the Chef Paolo Viviani we started a project that takes care of all, in order to create a kitchen that preserves traditional flavors with creativity and refinement.

Hospitality consists of 8 rooms with a bathroom, a studio and one bedroom apartment, in which it was made a careful restoration of the original furnishings and a faithful reconstruction of antique furniture, wall decorations and floors. All that to give the opportunity to dive into the past with the options of modern life: background music, LED lighting, wi-fi. Outside a saltwater swimming pool.

The structure has a meeting room of 90 square meters equipped with a screen, video projector, microphones, wi-fi, relator’s table, flipchart.

In the cellar, which can become an attractive space for events and tastings, they work the grapes from the vineyards around (5.5 ha) where indigenous grape varieties such as Barbera and Grignolino are near to varieties of French origin such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Thanks to the wide and versatile spaces, internal and external, it is possible to accommodate different arrangements for events of all kinds: buffets and receptions with large numbers of seats in comfort. Two inner rooms are available, terrace and porch, with natural conditioning system and view of the pool and Hills. Thanks to an important arrangement with mobile tensile structures it is also available an additional and comfortable shaded space. The meeting room is a large room with exposed beams overlooking a terrace on the Monferrato Hills and it takes place in a completely restored area of the farmhouse The large room, the essential furnishing elements and the lighting system allow different types of set-up based on the needs and the event being hosted. Ideal for conventions and business meetings.Furthermore, since it is a space separate from other catering and hospitality activities, it allows the carrying out of any kind of event without the interference of normal farm activities.
