SPAZIO MADE is a location of great charm, derived from the careful recovery of an old marble factory, at the foot of the Apuan Alps and the well-known white marble quarries of Carrara.
SPAZIO MADE is located in Luni on the crossroads of three regions, Tuscany, Liguria and Emilia Romagna, in an equal position from Florence, Parma and Genoa, very close to Massa Carrara and La Spezia, a stone's throw from Lucca and Versilia.
SPAZIO MADE is located 1 km from the Carrara motorway exit and the Carrara Avenza train station, 2 km from the tourist and commercial port of Carrara and about 40 km from the international airport of Pisa.
SPAZIO MADE is located within a large deindustrialized area, an area that until the 80s was rich in factories and marble stockyards. Nowadays, nature has retake this area, with lush vegetation made of acacias and ferns that surround the structure together with a stream that is a meeting point for wild ducks and small waders. Silence reigns supreme and the activities of space, which often hosts concerts of classical, jazz and blues music, do not interfere with the neighborhood.
SPAZIO MADE stands on a plot of about 3,500 square meters divided between the main building of about 1,000 square meters, a garden of about 800 square meters, a large private parking that can accommodate up to 80 cars, and service areas reserved for catering and service.
The main building is on one floor and is easily accessible to any vehicle thanks to the concrete ramps and the considerable height of the ceiling (about 8 meters). The 6 conference halls are illuminated by natural light and are connected to two large terraces thanks to hidden glass doors. The large glazed surfaces connect the interior with the garden and the adjacent forest.
The plant, with a regular shape, overall of about 1,000 square meters, can be used as a large open space for events up to 500 guests and beyond, or divided, thanks to movable walls and blackout curtains, in 6 rooms with variable capacity from 30 to 150 guests. Flanked by the rooms there are service rooms, bathrooms and offices on 2 floors.
Among the various rooms available, that of the Theater, with a capacity of about 100 people seated, is equipped for videoconferencing, with fixed stage 6x4 meters, fixed microphone stations and radio, video projector, electric canvas 4x3 mt., Director's table.
A catering area, a small kitchen, an American bar and young and prepared staff offer a simple but very accurate service, with strictly genuine products at 0 km.
SPAZIO MADE also offers a couple of Team Building activities, designed with respect for the typical nature of the area. The team building activity is normally carried out in a specially designed and equipped laboratory room inside SPAZIO MADE, in the typical industrial context of a small marble workshop.
Stone mosaic minicourse (As a tribute to the presence of the nearby archaeological site of Luni, ancient Roman port from which the Carrara marble was sent to Rome) focused on the technique of plane mosaic and on the realization with pre-cut tesserae of a collective panel with free theme (company logo, company product, initial letters, etc.) The item will be given as a gift to the group.
Minicourse of engraving on white Carrara marble slab (in homage to the main economic activity of the territory) focused on the realization of a collective panel to decorate with pen engraving with free theme (company logo, product, initial letters, single names of the components of the group, etc.) The item will be given as a gift to the group.

Notes

The SPAZIO MADE floor plan is on a single level, accessible by driveway ramps, so set-up and dismantling are quick and easy. The flooring is in smooth and waxed quartz concrete and the ceilings are high and equipped with metal beams that act as trusses for installing sheets, banners, lights and speakers. The entire space can be used as a regular-plan open space of over 800 square meters of closed interiors in addition to the three terraces which are also continuous. The use of movable walls allows the open space to be divided into smaller rooms.
