AD Meetings & Events is an Italian incoming and outgoing agency.
We are Incentive House, PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) and DMC (Destination Management Company) based in Rome, well specialized in the MICE field at international level, offering support to international partners & clients (i.e. pharmaceutical companies, banks, IT etc) for the organization of events in Italy and worldwide. We are members of MPI, Site and Federcongressi. We arrange the following services in all over Italy and Worldwide: Incentive, Meeting, Congress, Conference, Workshop, Conventions, Luxury Travel, Sport Events, Team Building, Fairs and Exhibitions, Product launches, Fashion Shows, Roadshows, Group attendance to International trade fairs worldwide. We also arrange Football and Rugby sporting events travel (in Italy and worldwide) taking care of logistic specific services requested for team & corporate staff, sponsor, press and supporters.
As experts in the MICE industry, we offer ourselves as main mission to be able to suggest to our clients the most appropriate destination, for the realization of a successful event both in terms of budget and goals. If the destination is already established, we put ourselves at client service to create customized and original events of high quality. All our programs are fully customized as we know each client is an individual with unique wishes and requirements.
