We supply a comprehensive range of services such as: finding the most appropriate locations, catering and hostess services, interpreters, sound and video services, gadget, hotel reservation, social programme, gala dinner.
We collect participation fees and handle hotel bookings and social programmes through a SPECIAL SOFTWARE. Other tasks include sourcing and managing sponsors, abstracts and paperwork.
