In 1950, with the arrival of the Ferragamo family, a new important architectural restoration and repair phase began which restored the manor house and the farmhouses
around it to their former glories, making it the ideal place for extended family summer holidays and leisure. Mrs. Wanda Ferragamo’s dream, to make a hospitality business out of it, took concrete shape a few years later and some of its villas were made into summer holiday homes for families looking for relaxation and wellness.

The estate is very intimate and offers a small hotel of 17 bedrooms and 6 villas from 3 to 10 bedrooms each, that offers all the hotel's services, resturant, bar, spa, gym, tennis camps, bikes available, and assistance from our team 24/7.

We also have an indoor event room adjacent to the historical Villa Viesca that can be the perfect HQ for your event. It can be used for a meeting up to 60 guests or a gala dinner or party up to 110 guests.

That makes it a perfect location for wellness retreats and corporate clients looking for alternative types of accommodation for more informal corporate reunions where the goal is to make the bonds between colleagues stronger, and for incentives, up to 110 guests considering a double occupancy, 55 guests considering a single use.
