Profile

Tenuta La Fiscala is one of the most prestigious historical dwellings of the 16th century located in the heart of the Terre di Marengo, adjacent to the Territory of Monferrato, a UNESCO heritage site.
The original nucleus of the Dimora dates back to the first half of the sixteenth century, under the ownership of the noble Alexandrian family of the Sappa Invitia.
Tenuta La Fiscala is the ideal location for private and corporate events, a perfect and elegant setting that provides an original and imitation-free setting.
The Dwelling represents the only testimony in the Province of Alessandria of a double-court closed country building, triple if one considers the Italian garden "conlusus" or closed by the regular mirrors of the boundary wall.
The distribution center of the company center is represented by a main or honorary court, which brings to mind the image of the ancient "Domus Romana" and a large ancient, or rustic Court.
In the ancient Court today there is the new Sala Inviziati. The Hall is the ideal place to celebrate Events: it can accommodate up to 250 seated guests, surrounded by the charm of the ancient residence and the relaxing atmosphere of a green countryside. In the summer the large windows open up to host the first part of the reception in the large outdoor spaces available, the ancient Court and the suggestive flowery portico.
The Invited Room communicates with a completely disengaged "lung" for banquet service professionals and adjacent guarded parking lots for around 150 cars.
In the basement of the main Court, in the past used as cellars used for harvesting, there are the Taverns of the Estate that represent exquisite places to welcome guests, immersed in a charming and characteristic atmosphere.
The Taverns have three different environments: the entrance hall, the main hall that can accommodate up to 50 seated guests and the third hall of the ancient kitchens, totally disengaged and available for banquet service professionals. Furthermore, the Taverne have adjacent parking lots for about 50 cars.
In front of the large gardens there is the Resort of the Tenuta, consisting of six Superior residences on two levels (possibility of use: two double rooms each for a total of 29 beds).
The houses are equipped with every comfort and the use of wi-fi, air conditioning, heating, flat screen television with satellite channels, kitchenette, double private service, bath and shower, attic, garden view, free parking and all the necessary services (two are equipped for people with reduced motor and sensory capacity).
