The authentic charm of the Marche is reflected in every facet of our estate, the result of the love and hard work we put into caring for these precious hills. Officina del Sole in fact was built from the stones of an abandoned farmhouse, in Montegiorgio, now 24 enchanting rooms that await tired visitors, putting them at their ease, ready to enjoy the easy rhythm of life here. Time that moves slowly here, with walks in our vast green spaces and picnic areas, panoramic views from the terraces, from Monte Conero to the Sibillini mountains, and relaxation in the lovely pool on the estate. We have selected a rangeof extras to add to your stay, such as electric bikes that you can use to visit the charming little villages in the surrounding area.
And soon, on top of all this, a 600mq SPA will be added, featuring an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and padel court for those who are keen to this sport.
On our 42-hectare estate, we make wine using native grapes of the Marche and other international varieties, and extra virgin olive oil that you can enjoy in stunning surroundings: both wine and oil are have won awards more than once in the Slow Food and Gambero Rosso guides. Our oil and wines are also found on the tables inour restaurant, together with produce grown on the estate, which chef, Luciano Minnoni transforms into fantastic dishes, inspired by local cuisine. Great, simple cooking,just like nonna used to make, packed with aromas and flavour. Officina del Sole is all about elegant simplicity,but every service, every comfort has been carefully researched to put a smile on your face. And we couldn’t ask for anything better than to make you happy.
