1) MEETING ROOM
The meeting room area is modular and can be divided into three separate spaces, each with access to an outdoor area (included in the Room Rental fee) with heating lamps during winter.
The room is located on the -1 floor with an independent and private access, natural light thanks to the external foyer.
Fully equipped with folder, pen and notebook, LCD Projector, screen, Light and Audio System with control panel in each room, n. 1 microphone per room, n. 1 laptop as back-up o primary, Click&Share system per room , HDMI cable, n. 1 bluetooth switcher per room, up to 600 Mb internet connection, A/C.
Extra services as Stage, n. 2 or more microphones per room, mixer audio, extra monitors/screen, dedicated internet connection, streaming&recording, translators, video direction, technical assistance and more are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
Extra F&B services are not included and subject to a fee depending on the service required.
Water is included.

Our Lounge is located to the II floor of the Hotel in a private area accessible only by badge. Security and privacy are granted,
