With the Farmhouse Executive Chef, guests will learn and discover the traditional receipts. A complete traditional menu with paired wine will be served the at the end of the Cooking Classes. The Cooking Classes include the assistance of our Chef, receipts book, hat, apron, certificate of attendance. Wine & Gourmet tasting (small groups) Sardinia boasts the most famous wines in Italy. The mild climate, saline air and mistral winds combine to produce excellent quality wines with their robust and noble flavour. We organize customized Wine & Gourmet Tasting (small groups) with specialized wine expert in exclusive locations such as the MiraLuna Restaurant panoramic terrace overlooking the bay at the sunset or at the exclusive and private Art Boutique where the Wine & Food tasting can be held admiring the handmade ceramics of the Hotel’s Decorator. Traditional Wines Tasting can be held in suggestive traditional areas of the private “La Colti” Farmhouse where the taste of Sardinia wines and food can be combined with the traditional atmosphere. Yoga stretching lessons on a sea view or in the private pavillon "Oasi di Luna" (piccoli gruppi) Relax yourself with “Yoga stretching” classes at Hotel Relais Villa del Golfo & Spa in the “Oasi of Luna” terrace, overlooking a stunning sea view. A soft introduction permits beginners and/ or advanced of all age to enjoy the stretch into flexibility and lightness.
